TL;DR: Listillo does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All your data lives on your device and in your private iCloud account.
Listillo is a shopping list app developed by Diego Martinez (swinglemandev@gmail.com).
Listillo does not collect any personal data. We do not use analytics, tracking tools, advertising, or any third-party services that access your information.
We have no access to:
All information you enter in Listillo — lists, products, categories, and quantities — is stored exclusively on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, in your personal iCloud account.
The developer has no access to this data at any time.
If you have iCloud enabled, Listillo uses CloudKit (Apple's sync service) to keep your data up to date across your iPhone and iPad. This process is managed entirely by Apple under their own privacy policy.
You can disable sync at any time from Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Listillo.

Listillo allows you to export and import lists to share with other users. This process happens directly between users via native iOS sharing options (AirDrop, Messages, etc.) and never passes through any server owned by this developer.
You are solely responsible for who you share your exported data with.
Listillo contains no advertising and does not use any behavioral analytics tools.
We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.
You can delete all your data at any time by uninstalling the app. If you have iCloud enabled, you can also remove the data from iCloud via Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → Listillo.
Listillo does not collect data from any user, regardless of age. The app is not specifically directed at children under 13.
If Listillo ever introduces features that involve data collection, this policy will be updated before publishing that version and users will be notified appropriately.
